You can manage changes to or cancel your subscription by visiting https://hooked.health/billing-portal/ or by emailing email@example.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds on subscriptions are not permitted and your access will terminate at the end of your billing cycle.
If you purchased in-app you will need to manage your subscription via your phone’s app store. You can access this via Manage Subscriptions in the app settings. We cannot help or assist with payment in any way with purchases made through your app store.
