As part of the detox process, you are limited to certain foods and the quantity of food which your body may not be used to. It is normal to feel hungry.
We encourage you to drink more tea and water as hunger pains and dehydration can feel the same.
Remember that everyone responds differently to the detox. If you really do feel fatigued and faint, you must listen to your body. In this case have a small snack of some yoghurt or a boiled egg.
