Each of the workout programs offered consists of different workouts. You may find a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT), along with cardio, toning and stretching.
If you have a medical condition that you are concerned about, it would be best to talk to your doctor and see if HIIT or cardio would be appropriate for you.
We do not have a specific low impact program at this time, however, we do offer modifications. You are able to view the modifications video in the Hooked app and learn how to modify the moves to a low- impact version that may be more suitable for you. There is also a how to section with tips on how to perform each exercise in the best form, which may help to not aggravate any pre-existing condition or injury.
