Some days will feature two workouts, while others only have one. When you click on the day, you will see either Workout 1/1 or Workout 1 2. If there are two workouts for the day, complete workout 1 and then swipe left to view workout 2. Once you complete each workout, please remember to click on “Mark as Completed” or you will not be able to see the videos in the next workout day.
